LeapCrew AI serves as an architectural intermediary SaaS application that facilitates seamless integrations with the WhatsApp Business Cloud API (Meta). By registering a tenant workspace, you acknowledge and agree that our software's operation is strictly bound by Meta's official Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

We represent a stateless and logical multi-tenant CRM layer. Any outages, API modifications, template blocking policies, or number suspensions executed by Meta Business Platform fall entirely outside LeapCrew AI's structural liabilities. You are obligated to maintain active, compliant Developer accounts and WhatsApp Business accounts directly inside Meta's dashboard.

LeapCrew AI enforces a strict Zero Tolerance Policy for Unsolicited Broadcasts (Spam). You must abide by Meta's official WhatsApp Business Terms of Service and Commerce Policies on all outbound campaigns.

You represent that all contacts imported via CSV or synchronized through external webhooks (Shopify/WooCommerce) have explicitly opted in to receive communications on their verified WhatsApp numbers. Any client account identified as receiving high block/spam report ratios inside the Meta Business Manager will be subject to instant workspace suspension.

You pay LeapCrew AI a recurring plan price for the platform. WhatsApp conversation charges are not billed by us: you attach your own payment method to your Meta WhatsApp Business account, and Meta bills those conversation fees directly to you at their published rates. We add no markup and act as no middleman.

Plan payments are processed securely through our payment processor, Razorpay, as a recurring auto-debit mandate you authorize. Your plan renews automatically each billing period until you cancel.

• Conversation Costs: Meta's official country index pricing applies to WhatsApp conversations and is charged by Meta on your own Meta billing account, not deducted from any balance held with us.
• Cancellation: Cancelling stops the auto-debit at the end of the current period. You keep full access until that date; your data is retained, not deleted.
• Plan Changes: Moving to a cheaper plan takes effect at your next renewal with no charge now. Moving to a costlier one takes effect immediately, and the unused portion of the period you already paid for is refunded pro rata.
• Downgrades Keep Your Data: If a lower plan excludes a feature you were using, that feature stops working — nothing you created with it is deleted, and it resumes if you upgrade again.

Consistent with the GDPR, the India IT Act 2000, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 (DPDP Act), LeapCrew AI respects your absolute rights over your proprietary database assets.

You can export all contacts, campaign transmission metrics, template databases, and system logs in structured JSON/CSV formats at any time. If you choose to terminate your workspace instance, you can request a Permanent System Scrubbing. Upon confirmation, your entire logical PostgreSQL tenant schema, Meta access credentials, and transaction logs are deleted completely in 48 hours.
